Nauman is a director within PwC's Financial Services Advisory services. His 16 years of experience includes development of complex architectures and strategies, their sequencing into actionable releases, and subsequent execution through multi-year transformational programs. His financial services clients include multi-line insurance providers, retail banks, and broker-dealers. In prior roles, he has assisted quick serve restaurants, consumer goods organizations, and telecommunication firms. For the US commercial insurance subsidiary of a global carrier, Nauman led a team to create a new product and policy architecture, and for the same subsidiary, he also led the execution of a three-phase VOC effort that elicited key hassles impact agency interaction with the carrier across the policy lifecycle. For one of the largest custody and asset servicing firm in the US, he conducted a feasibility assessment of a >20PB market surveillance database along the IT operations, hosting, and continuity dimensions. In addition, Nauman has advised a foreign specialty carrier on the process and technology aspects of accelerating their financial close and finance processing in preparation for GAAP reporting.
