Bill is an Advisory Principal and co-leads PwC’s US Information Advantage and Applied Analytics practice. Most of Bill’s work focuses on helping companies with complex marketing and operations opportunities, where the intelligent use of information and analytics can be leveraged to make better decisions and drive results. Some of Bill's recent project efforts include predictive modeling around drivers of retail loss, media mix attribution and optimization, lifecycle marketing and CRM strategy, contact strategy optimization, applied demand forecasting, segmentation, quantitative performance driver analysis, and churn analytics.
