Thomas J. Holly
Tom leads PwC’s US Asset & Wealth Management practice. He has responsibility for the depth and quality of services provided by over 500 partners and more than 8,500 staff to clients across the industry, including mutual funds, alternative investments, real estate and wealth management companies. Tom is focused on infusing new technology into PwC’s asset and wealth management business. With over 30 years of experience in public accounting, Tom has spent most of his career working with asset management clients in private equity, venture capital, real estate, hedge funds and construction.

Anthony Conte
Anthony Conte is a principal focusing on asset management regulatory services. He joined PwC in January 2011 with more than 20 years of investment management and compliance experience. Prior to PwC, Anthony spent 10 years at a global bank, where he was the global compliance officer for asset management’s alternative investments business lines including hedge funds, real estate, private equity, and infrastructure; he also acted as the deputy regional head of asset management Americas. While there, Anthony was the chief compliance officer for two registered investment advisers overseeing more than $50 billion in assets under management.

Bill Donahue
Bill Donahue is a managing director with PwC’s Asset Management Assurance Practice. He has over 20 years of experience serving the asset management industry, and has significant experience with ETFs, commingled/collective investment funds, partnerships, master-feeder, multiple class and multi-manager funds, offshore entities and internal control reviews. Bill has specialized in ETFs for the past 14 years, developing controls and procedures for fund accounting, fund administration, custody and transfer agent services. He helped several start-up ETFs deal with various accounting, compliance, operational, reporting, and tax issues associated with their commencement of operations. He is one of the firm’s subject matter specialists on accounting, regulatory, and internal control matters and serves on PwC’s Technical Accounting group within the asset management practice.

Peter Finnerty
Peter Finnerty leads PwC’s US Mutual Funds Practice. He has over 25 years of experience servicing the investment management industry, supporting a wide range of investment vehicles including regulated funds, hedge funds, private equity funds and bank collective trusts. His experience includes assisting clients address various operational, regulatory and reporting issues. Prior to his national leadership role, Peter served as the leader of PwC’s Boston office Mutual Funds Practice. Peter served for three years in the PwC Tokyo office where he was responsible for our services to global investment management clients with operations in Japan.

Mike Greenstein
Mike Greenstein is PwC’s Global Alternative Investments Leader and US Alternative Investments Leader in the Asset & Wealth Management practice. In addition, Mike serves as the engagement partner and business advisor to alternative investment funds of all kinds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, fund-of-funds, investment advisors, large endowments and other clients. Mike brings 25 years of experience serving many of the Firm’s most complex fund clients, ranging from start-up managers to multi-national, multi-billion dollar firms, many of which maintain complex structures and employ complex investing strategies.

Brian Rebhun
Brian leads PwC’s Asset & Wealth Management Tax Practice. He specializes in the state and local taxation of private-equity funds, hedge funds, mutual funds, real estate funds, fund of funds, and broker-dealers. Brian has experience advising clients on complex structuring and transactional issues and also specializes in representing taxpayers, including partnerships, corporations, and individuals in New York State and New York City audit matters.

Jay Remis
Jay Remis is a Managing Director in our Financial Services Deals Practice with over 30 years of experience. He focuses on Acquisitions & Divestitures for Asset & Wealth Managers, Banks and Insurance Companies. Jay has significant experience working in the Corporate Development function for several large financial institutions supporting wealth and asset management, investment banking and trading businesses.

Allison Rosier
Allison Rosier is PwC’s US Tax Human Capital Leader & US Alternatives Tax Leader. Based in New York, with over 20 years of experience, Allison advises hedge fund and private equity fund clients in connection with structuring investment vehicles, analyzing acquisitions for potential tax issues, and implementing tax efficient investment and trading strategies. Allison also focuses on the tax treatment of derivatives and financial instruments for various clients of the firm. Allison is viewed as a thought leader in the industry on tax issues associated with structuring and operating alternative investment funds, opening people to new ideas and strategies. Allison received her J.D. and LL.M. in Taxation from the NYU School of Law, and her A.B., with distinction, from Cornell University. She is a member of the tax committees of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, the Managed Funds Association and the Wall Street Tax Association.

Arjun Saxena
Arjun Saxena is the US Wealth Management Leader for PwC.
